Why we don't cheer Scalia & Thomas

Personally, I don't cheer Scalia and Thomas because on other occasions they have eviscerated the 1st and 4th Amendments.

So they [accidentally] get it right on one portion of the 5th? Not enough to overcome their willful destruction of other parts of the Constitution that helped the police state to grow ever faster.

And O'Connor's record is far more dismal than the other two.
