Judicial Murder It was about six years ago when Peter McWilliams choked to death in his own vomit. Why? Because a federal judge would not allow him to use the medicine that would have prevented him from vomiting after taking other medications to fight his several terminal illnesses. Peter was arrested by the DEA for growing and using marijuana under California's Compassionate Use Act. However, the feds refused to recognize this law that was passed by the people of California. Instead, they were acting on the laws created and sustained by the ruling elite in Washington. Judge George King stripped Peter of any defense, so Peter pleaded guilty and hoped for mercy. While awaiting sentencing he was denied use of his medical marijuana, and because of it, he died a tragic death. Now, they are doing it again, only this time local authorities are helping the DEA in their effort to kill Steve Kubby. Steve has a rare form of cancer and the only thing that has been keeping him alive for many years is a certain type of marijuana. He was arrested several years ago by the DEA and the Stanislaus County sheriffs for growing too much marijuana. He beat that charge, but in the search process the drug warriors found some traces of mescaline. For this, the court sentenced Steve to 120 days in jail, where he would not be able to get his medicine. To save his life, Steve fled to Canada. After years of legal proceedings in that country, Canada kicked Steve out of the country. Of course the long arm of the law was waiting for him at the airport to take him to jail where it is unlikely he will be able to get what he needs. Without his medicine for 120 day, Steve might very well die in jail, creating another judicial murder. Joe Furcinite
The oldest profession... A man walks into a pub. He sees a good looking, smartly dressed woman perched on a bar stool. He walks up behind her and says, "Hi there good looking, how's it going? She turns around, faces him, looks him straight in the eye and says, "Listen, I'll screw anybody, anytime, anywhere, your place, my place, it doesn't matter. I've been doing it ever since I got out of college. I just flat out love it and if you got the money, honey I got the time. So?" He says, "No kidding, I'm a lawyer too! What firm are you with?" E.J.
