A New Freedom Manifesto, or I've Got Your Ten Planks Right Here, Buddy

Conservatives have noted with alarm that all ten planks of the
Communist Manifesto have been largely implemented in the United States,
despite our supposed status as a free country. When not actively
contributing to this outcome through their elected representatives,
they have offered little in the way of effective resistance to this
slide toward totalitarianism, or toward the creation of alternate goals
that might inspire such resistance. It occurs to me that the freedom
movement could benefit from the creation and enumeration of its own set
of planks, each clearly defined and worthy of adoption in its own
right, and each contributing to the overall goal of advancing the cause
of freedom.

Should Nancy Pelosi or Porter Goss be Tortured to Save the Constitution?

The controversy this weekend over what Nancy Pelosi knew and
just when she knew it is heating up. Documents from the cia indicate that as
early as September 4th, 2002, both Porter Goss and Nancy Pelosi were jointly
briefed by the cia about the torture techniques which had been employed during
the "interrogation" of a suspected member of Al Qaeda.

They were slaughtering civilians in the countries they occupied.
Their soldiers were raping civilians and torturing prisoners to death. They were
committing war crimes abroad. They were slaughtering civilians at home, too, and
silencing dissent through brutal repression. Children and adults were being
spirited out of their homes by gangs of thugs to be imprisoned, tortured, and
abused without any legal process at all. Families lost contact with the
disappeared, and there was no way to provide legal counsel or any help at all.

In El Paso the name Bruce Lee was used in the early '90's
for men being arrested on John Doe warrants. Usualy these were homeless individuals
not carrying ID or people whose privacy was being protected.

That quote above comes from one of the dyed-in-the-wool
Barack Obama supporters who rent art studios near mine. I think it is so
cool, because this guy, and a couple of other guys I work near, are all
starting to see that Barack Obama is doing the same things George Bush did.
For a couple of years I have been telling them that Democrats are not much
different than Republicans, and that corporations are the ones who really
call the shots in America. Their answer was always that Barack Obama would
be different.

Obama Is Still a Thug

Well, guess what? He won't release the torture photos. Obama
has come up with tortured logic instead. Bush said they hate us for our freedom,
and Obama says that they'll hate us for torturing their friends to death. Gee,
ya think? Which is no excuse not to release the photos and try the military and
CIA personnel involved for murder, violating their oath to the constitution (see
the 8th Amendment for details), and treason.
