We begin with:
A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM L. NEIL SMITH
With the publication of the epilogue, "Ngus in the News", the final
"chapter" of Ceres, we have ended a serialization that lasted 46
weeks, in all. My fondest hope is that my readers have enjoyed the
continuing story of this pioneer family.
My second-fondest hope is that they will write to me and tell me so
at lneil@netzero.com
or on my blog at Big Head Press.
The story will stay where it is indefinitely, but A REWARD IS IN ORDER for those who stuck with
us all this timeand for everybody else, for that matter.
This weekend, at a www.bigheadpress.com/lneilsmith/?page_id=53
look for a special surprise. And stay tuned for the next project we
undertake after that!

Look for that reward Sunday evening!
I didn't watch the Snake of the Union Message. I find clowns rather
disturbingthat pasty-white face, that big red nose, the funny
shoes. And even more disturbing is a large room with six- or seven-
hundred clowns in it. Just too creepy for me, even on television.
Okay, maybe I've got a overly-sensitive stomach or something.
Be sure and check-in at Neil's new blog-thing at
"The Moratorium"
