Dangerous Babies
by L. Neil Smith
In the middle of last month, while you slept (or struggled to earn
a paycheck so you could turn half of it over to governments at various levels) America
was invaded by alien forces -- by which I mean forces alien to every last principle that
once made this country worth living in. Or fighting for.

Taking Aim At The Revisionist Definition Of The Militia, Part II
by Conor MacCormack
The strong tradition of citizen militias, maintained by the various
governments of the several States, that the Founding Fathers staunchly backed suffered a
crippling blow with the passage of the Militia Act of 1903. Backed by President Theodore
Roosevelt, former colonel of the Rough Riders who rose to fame during the Spanish-American
War, the act bestowed federal status upon the militia of every state in order to force
them to conform to Regular Army standards. Roosevelt and many of his supporters in Congress,
who had been disappointed with the performance of the militia forces called up to serve during
the Spanish-American War, wanted to craft the state troops into a rapid response force that
were capable of implementing their imperialistic foreign policy plans (essentially what the
modern National Guard has become). These provisions set the stage for many state militia
companies and regiments to be sent to help quell the rebellion in the Philippine Islands,
newly annexed from Spain. The resistance wouldn't be fully crushed until 1913.

Politician Personality Disorder aka Sociopathy
by Russell D. Longcore
The premise of this article is that persons who seek and hold
elective office have latent, and often overt sociopathic personalities. The
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders fourth edition, DSM
IV-TR = 301.7, a widely used manual for diagnosing mental disorders, defines
"antisocial personality disorder" as:

Update on Bradley Manning
by Jim Davidson
Today I received word that Bradley Manning's defence team has the
following information to report: "PFC Manning's overall mood and demeanor has greatly
improved. PFC Manning is able to maintain regular contact with his defense team. He
receives weekly written updates, phone calls and visits from defense counsel. In
addition, he receives regular visits from family. Finally, PFC Manning also receives
hundreds of letters from supporters every week. He wishes to extend his sincere appreciation
to those who have taken the time to send along their thoughts and well-wishes."

Let a candid world choose between us
by A.X. Perez & Richard D. Bartucci
Back when Thomas Jefferson stated " when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under
absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government,
and to provide new guards for their future security. " He then proceeded to describe
the long train.

The Enemy Within
by Bob Wallace
Countries rarely fall from attacks from without. Almost all have
fallen by attacks from within, specifically, the growth of the State. I make the
distinction between government and the State. Government is based on real law, i.e.
true law. The State, on the other hand, is based on nothing but false law. In fact,
that's my definition of the State: it's always based on false law.

83.3 million voters and a mandate ain't one
by Jim Davidson
Most Americans alive in November 2010 did not vote for a Democrat or
a Republican, although every Congress critter's seat was up for election. There were right
around 309.5 million persons in the USA at the time. 75 million of them were under age 18
and therefore not "qualified" to vote, though many of them pay taxes, including income
taxes. Yes, whatever *did* happen to no taxation without representation?

How To Defeat Clipboard Collectivists with Grassroots Counter-Propaganda Teams
Another Good Phase One Tactic
by Lucifer Geraldo
God, Lew Rockwell posts some good stuff on an almost daily basis.
Today, Butler Shaffer's piece called "Conversation at a Grocery Store" adds another
great Phase One (READY!) technique, tactic and procedure (TTP) I'll label "Grassroots
counter-propaganda teams" (GCPT). (Nice acronym there -- G Captain.) When the college
age collectivists are out bleeding for the environment collecting ballot signatures,
pull up in three to four-wo/man activist teams and begin engaging in some guerrilla
marketing.

Santa is Not Real

we draw near the big show of the presidential election cycle, someone should be the Grinch

Relative Fecundity
by L. Neil Smith
A fair number of individuals I know and correspond with -- some
good friends among them -- are deeply concerned, if not confessedly terrified, by a
phenomenon they see going on around them. Their fears are shared -- and amplified -- by
many a columnist and radio talk show personality. But whenever I look where they happen
to be pointing, all I can see is people. And I reflect that it was a socialist -- and
therefore, in theory, anyway -- a great lover of the masses, Jean Paul Sartre, who opined
that "Hell is other people". And again, I'm pretty sure it was Lucy van Pelt who said, "I
love humanity -- it's people I can't stand."
