Day of the Dogwhistle
by L. Neil Smith
It is ironic, to say the least, that for the last couple of
decades, so many people have been worried about "Global Warming", or alternatively,
a new Ice Age, when all that time, the real threat to the survival of our species
is that North America will soon be buried, assuming it hasn't been already, under
a layer, two miles thick, of stupidity.

US Constitution is a Trojan Horse
by Lucifer Geraldo
I just want to point out AGAIN: the pickle we are in today with the
out-of-control Federal State is a result of the Constitution. What I am saying is this:
the US Constitution was DESIGNED to increasingly consolidate power into the hands of the
criminals in Washington. That design is very subtle and misleading. The Constitution only
APPEARS to put a straightjacket on the Federal entity's bid for ever expanding power
and jurisdiction over your life and everything you do.

Quantifying Liberty
by DataPacRat
Just as the basic scientific method is the bare minimum necessary to
advance real knowledge, but there are specific methods within science (such as Bayesian
reasoning) that come closer to the ideal of Solomonoff Induction and thus increase
knowledge that much faster, it seems plausible that the Zero-Aggression Principle itself
is merely the bare minimum necessary to support individuals' freedoms, and that there
could be some particular methods within the overall aegis of libertarianism that are
better than others at that task.

University Rationale Revisited

Since 1999 when the price of gold reached a secular low at $252 and
change, the stock market has been in decline in real terms. In the years since then, I've
made a considerable fortune for myself and others.

The Unlimited Self Defense Movement
by Matt Bailey
The moral and philosophical cornerstone of the Unlimited Self Defense
movement is the Zero Aggression Principle. The Zero Aggression Principle, Non-Aggression
Principle, or Non-Coercion Principle, are all various means of expressing the same idea,
namely that the singular logical, necessary, and natural restraint upon the unlimited
autonomy of all humans is the prohibition against INITIATING force against the person or
property of other humans, or delegating the initiation of said force to others. Advocates
for Unlimited Self Defense recognize that humans are so widely varying in habits, tastes,
modes of life, and beliefs that it is impossible to, in justice, set any other limitations
upon their activity. Advocates for Unlimited Self Defense also recognize that humans are,
among other things, the most lethal predators that have ever walked the Earth, and thus
cannot exist peaceably WITHOUT reciprocal recognition of the rights of others. Advocates
for Unlimited Self Defense hold that the peace, prosperity, and well-being of the humans
in any society will, in the long run, directly correlate to the extent to which the humans
and governments in that society abide by the Zero Aggression Principle.

Sources of Cash for the Police State
by Jim Davidson
You know that your friends are arrested. Often they are arrested for
victimless crimes, like walking near the interstate highway in Illinois, or owning some
plants. Sometimes they are convicted. And you want to know why. When I tell you that it
is a giant scam to get money from you, from your friends, and from others, you won't
believe me. You will want to not believe me. So my purpose here is to inform you in as
thoroughly a documented fashion as possible.

Like Hell You Will!
by William Stone III
As readers of The Libertarian Enterprise know, last January
I was involved in an incident in which libertarian activist Shaun Lee was sent to a
psychiatric ward on entirely trumped-up charges. In that instance, she was released in
a matter of hours thanks to the activism of libertarians around the world. It was, as
we termed at the time, “a win for the good guys.”
