Mutual Aid in Action
by Shaun Lee
I had the honor to help a beautiful family maneuver through the
corrupt system in Massachusetts known as The Department of Children and Families. The
following is an account of that by the grandmother I worked with from the moment she
was sent my way until her granddaughters were back where they belonged, with their mother.

Who Is Schaeffer Cox?
by Jim Davidson
According to former Libertarian Party presidential nominee Michael
Badnarik, his friend "Schaeffer Cox was arrested Thursday (March 10, 2011) in Fairbanks,
Alaska by the FBI, U.S. Marshal Service, and the Fairbanks Police Department. They are
accusing him (and four associates) of threatening to kidnap and/or murder Alaska State
Troopers, and a U.S. District Court judge. I do not believe it for a single moment."

What is Patriotism?
by Sean Gangol
I had first started writing this article right after my family and I
celebrated the Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day. Due to being occupied with
more important matters, such as a job search, it took me a while to complete the article.
This year the celebration was relatively quiet compared to the previous years, thanks to
the burn ban, which prohibited the sell of fireworks. Usually I get annoyed by such bans,
but since we have been experiencing severe droughts throughout Texas, brush fires have
even been created by people throwing lit cigarettes out of moving cars. At least in this
case there was an actual excuse, as opposed to those who want to ban fireworks to protect
us from ourselves. I suppose that it was the lack of excitement that got me thinking about
what the holiday actually means and how it has been perverted by statists who run this
nation.

The Objections Against a Standing Court
by Jim Davidson
The propaganda says that the court system is there to provide
justice. But there was a time on this planet, three thousand years ago, when most
justice was provided on an ad hoc basis. When there was a crime or a tort (a
negligent act) to be resolved, a court was formed.
