The Impeachable Offenses of Barack Hussein Obama
Part 2

by Terence James Mason
Two persons sent personal e-mails this week to address my comments regarding President Obama's eligibility. One of them took the perspective, "If he's ineligible, then everything he's done is invalid." I wish it were that simple. Believe me, I really do.

An Open Letter to my Democratic Friends
by L. Neil Smith
The family of an old friend of mine once tried raising geese to supplement the income of their farm. They soon discovered that geese seem to have a few parts missing in the brains department, including the proverbial sense to come in out of the rain. Water mysteriously falls on their heads and instead of making for shelter, they look up, open-mouthed, to see where it's coming from. Before you know it, you have a waterlogged acre of feathered half-wits drowning where they stand.

Equal Protection Amendment
by Paul Koning
A number of writers have recently noted the political hypocrisy of banning citizen guns, while keeping politicians (or their minions) armed.... This inspired the following, which I would call it the Equal Rights Amendment, but that title has already been used. Equal Protection Amendment captures the meaning pretty well, too.

Is There Anything You Would Fight and Die For?
by Paul Bonneau
I was having one of those Internet discussions, and found myself accused of the following: "...you counsel refusing to surrender the guns, and refusal to submit to arrest."

Gee, Is It That Time Again Already?
by C. Jeffery Small
Repeating what I wrote in my last article on this subject, if you are a long-time reader of this blog, then you know that fighting against the imposition of a program of mandatory National Service in the United States by the Obama Administration is the issue that originally propelled me to create the John Galt Pledge site and then begin writing publically concerning a broader range of political issues. For those interested in reviewing past articles on this subject, here is the link to everything on the subject of Service.

Note to a Childhood Hero
by A.X Perez
Thought I'd let you know how things have gone in the 44, nearly 45 years since you've passed. The good news is that state supported racism is a thing of the past in the United States. I would also like to inform you that your example inspired other people to make a stand and peacefully seek respect for their rights. Black women have especially made strides in education and economic success. We have Black judges in the Supreme Court, Black Generals commanding major installations, and a Black President. He's a "progressive", which nowadays means a liberal with strong socialist leanings. Now it so happens I disagree with a lot of his ideas, but I think you would have approved of many of them, and to be fair, he has the right to stick up for and honestly debate any ideas. We all do and you as much as anyone else died to defend that right.

Looking Back on 2012
by Sean Gangol
I look back on the year of 2012, with much disappointment. Somehow one of the most economically illiterate presidents of all-time managed to hold onto his job for another four years. The Republicans managed to let a man, whose entire legacy as president has consisted of nothing but high unemployment and an out of control debt, beat them in a land-slide. For a brief moment, I almost thought there was actually something to all the crazy theories about the 2012 apocalypse, since this seemed like a clear sign of the end of the world. Right before dogs and cats started living together as Bill Murray said in Ghostbusters. Of course, I really shouldn't have been surprised, considering whom they chose to run in the 2012 elections. Nor should I be surprised at whom the Republicans are blaming for their own failures.

Statistical Truths About Crime
by A.X Perez
Using the FBI's own statistics: Murders with firearms declined from 10,225 in 2006 to 8,775 in 2010. This is not a fluke and represents a steady decline every year. Call it a drop of not quite 13% in five years.

Citizenship-Based Taxation in the U.S.: Thank War For It
by Wendy McElroy
Citizenship-based taxation is a feature of the United States tax system by which payment of taxes to America is determined by citizenship rather than by residency or the source of income. In other words, the foreign income earned by an American abroad is taxed by the Internal Revenue Service even though it is also assessed by the nation in which he lives. An American businessman living in Hong Kong is legally required to render unto two Caesars even if he receives so-called 'benefits' from only one. This double tax amounts to a stiff financial and paperwork penalty on Americans who dare to depart from native soil.

EDITORIAL MATTERS:

Yes. Yes my precious yessssss, it'sssss for the Childrrrrren. Always for the Childrrrrrren. Pay no attention to those unintended consequences behind the curtain.

Our Publisher says: "Just watch:"

[LINK TO YOUTUBE]

At that link you will find: "The following content has been identified by the YouTube community as being potentially offensive or inappropriate. Viewer discretion is advised." Interesting how demonstrating the contradictions and lies of the "authorities" and media is potentially offensive or even (horrors!) inappropriate. True, I personally am offended by people who lie. Yes, it is inappropriate to lie. So then don't watch.
