Re: "The Racist Who Wasn't" by L. Neil Smith Neil, more to the point is the question of exactly why being a 'racist' qua racist is even considered to automatically be a 'crime' of some sort. Provided that a person's 'racism' does not cause them to initiate force against the object of their racism, I would question the premise that a person is not allowed to have personal preferences, however unpopular or repugnant others might find their preferences to be, or precisely how they can be forced to provide employment or services for those they might prefer not to employ or serve, regardless of the foolishness or hatefulness of their reasons for not doing so, without turning them into a slave. That is to say, initiating force or the threat of force against them in order to force them to hire or serve certain people when they might prefer not to. Ann Morgan
Re: "A New Berry Bush for the Garden" by Paul Bonneau Paul, I love your story- such a sweet old couple. Fortunately for me, I live on 30 acres with a backhoe and a LOT of berry patches. Which type benefits most from BatFag Compost? Neale Osborn
