Special to The Libertarian Enterprise The war on drugs. Who is this jackass kidding? On 18 October 2009 it was reported, "The Obama administration will not seek to arrest medical marijuana users and suppliers as long as they conform to state laws, under new policy guidelines to be sent to federal prosecutors Monday." [Cite] On 21 August 2008, candidate Obama said, "I would not have the Justice Department prosecuting and raiding medical marijuana users. It's not a good use of our resources." [Cite] But he lied. He lied in 2008, he lied in 2009. These are not his only lies, nor his most notorious ones. He lied about removing a brigade or two a month from Iraq. He lied about closing Gitmo. He lied about ending the torturing of prisoners in USA military and espionage agency custody—and more prisoners have been tortured to death under his auspices. He even lied about a minor bit of recruiting policy, the so-called don't ask, don't tell policy which has caused the military to dismiss active duty personnel. He lied about restoring habeas corpus and upholding civil liberties because he hates human freedom and wants to slaughter everyone, everywhere, judging by his actions. He is a mass murdering thug who has acted to protect the interests of BP, again and again. He is a tyrant who has authorised the execution of an American citizen without trial, and without any of the protections for the accused guaranteed in the bill of rights which amends and supersedes the constitution he swore a (false) oath to uphold. If you need my help finding cites for these facts, get in line and offer some cash. Two days ago OpposingViews.com carried this story, "Federal agents raided at least four San Diego-area medical marijuana dispensaries today in the early morning hours. Sources say that Green Kross, Unified Collective, SDOC and Kush Lounge were all served federal search warrants and were subjected to aggressive SWAT-style raids which resulted in the arrest of as many as 8 people and the seizure of money, medical marijuana and patient records. These raids come as the City of San Diego is deliberating an ordinance to regulate the local distribution of medical marijuana." [Cite] Of course the federal government has no jurisdiction over medical marijuana in California, though the evil thug district attorney of San Diego, Bonnie Dumanis, wants to ignore the law. Dumanis has previously filed an amicus brief in the DC vs. Heller case seeking a continued ban on handguns, presumably because Bonnie would rather see a woman raped and murdered in an alley than see one with a gun in her hands standing over the dead body of an assailant. Dumanis previously charged and punished Cynthia Sommer, keeping her in prison for two years, without proper evidence of any crime. Dumanis is an evil vicious authoritarian who should be hauled out of her office, tried by a jury of her victims, convicted, eviscerated, and hung from the courthouse facade by her own entrails for her crimes against humanity. No doubt, no one in California has the guts to do so. And now Tyrant Obama, the international war criminal, perjurer, oath breaker, and traitor has launched a new policy toward Costa Rica. "A flotilla of 46 United States Navy warships capable of carrying 200 helicopters, along with 10 Harrier vertical take-off and landing fighter jets, and 7,000 combat ready marines available for land based operations is on its way to this Central American country with no standing army. On July 1, 2010 the Costa Rica Legislative Assembly voted 31-8 to grant the U.S. military full in-country access through the end of 2010 to help fight drug trafficking." [Cite] Not satisfied with butchering women and children in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan, Obama has turned his baleful glare upon Costa Rica. Apparently he is serious about slaughtering as many people, stomping on as many civil liberties, and betraying as many campaign promises as possible during his first term in office. Make no mistake that this war is fought here, amongst us, against us, in our homes, with the federal thugs kicking in doors and slaughtering civilians, with the district attorneys authorising local pigs to kick in doors and shoot elderly women to death for the alleged "crime" of having marijuana in their homes. These are ugly, vicious, brutal, hateful, arrogant scum who get huge rewards for attacking their neighbours to brutalise them and seize their property under civil asset forfeiture "laws." These are people who put man's "laws" above God's law—in Genesis 1:29 God gives all herbs bearing seeds and all trees bearing fruit to be as meat for mankind. But vicious scum like Obama hate humanity and want everyone to suffer. When the spirit of liberty, which now animates our hearts and gives success to our arms, is extinct, our numbers will accelerate our ruin and render us easier victims to tyranny. Ye abandoned minions of an infatuated ministry, if peradventure any should yet remain among us... contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say, What should be the reward of such sacrifices? Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship, and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? Who are these men and women, these filth, these pariah, these scum bag politicians, bureau-rats, and pigs that fight the war on drugs, the war on terror, the war on Americans, the war on freedom? They are divvying up a trillion dollars, more or less, this year, in military contracts, DEA contracts, and other money for so-called "law" enforcement. They love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom. All they care about is money, who gets it, who gets to divide it up. That's why there is such a large prison industry in this country, where so many Americans have lost their freedom, where so many Americans—more than any other country in the world, more than most other countries combined, a greater percentage than in any country in the history of the world—are incarcerated. And tens of millions more have been deprived of some or all of their freedoms, or executed by the state, in the name of money for these garbage eating slime. The system works for them. The system works for Rahm Emmanuel and Barack Obama and Bonnie Dumanis and Arnold Schwarzenegger and similar filthy, foul, disgusting perverts. They get to divvy up over $3.8 trillion in stolen and borrowed money at the federal level, plus hundreds of billions at the state and local level, plus all the property they can seize under eminent domain and through civil asset forfeiture. Look at these dirty evil men and women, at their waist lines, at their lifestyles, at their homes, at their cars, at their private jets. They aren't missing meals. They aren't unemployed—as 20% of the country, at least, are currently. They like you to suffer, they want the war on drugs to continue, they want the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan to continue. They are covered in the blood of generations of men and women—it never touches them but they are drowning in it. And drown they should. These are the worst people in the world. They are not heroes and heroines, they are not public servants, they are not selfless. They are vicious, violent, feather bedding, graft swilling shyte. They are the most heinous war criminals in this millennium. But don't forget the men and women who implement these policies. There is no excuse of "I was only following orders." Every adult knows that actions have consequences. Your actions have consequences that are yours and yours alone. When do we start with the war crimes tribunals?
